*Make all checks or money orders out to AGT (our partner and only authorized dvd shipping agent). Orders over $100 using personal checks will be delayed 5 days giving the check time to clear the bank. Orders using money orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of such payment. *No refunds. Returns for defective media will be processed a.s.a.p. upon our receipt of the defective copy. This is a very rare occurence and is usually caused by the inappropriate handling of the DVD once out of our hands.
